Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney (POA) is a document that gives someone the legal right to act on another person’s behalf. The person granting the power is referred to as the Principal or Grantor, while the person receiving it is known as the Agent or Attorney-in-Fact.

Powers of Attorney may be written and notarized with the help of Siam Center Law Group. Prior to the preparation and notarization of the instrument, the Principal and the Agent can also receive counsel from our international and Thai attorneys.
