Work Permit Application

A work visa enables a non-Thai national to engage in employment as a skilled professional or even as an employer in Thailand. To be able to work lawfully in the Kingdom of Thailand, a work permit is necessary. Working without a Thai work permit could have serious repercussions. If a foreign national is detained for working without a work visa, they could face a fine or even jail time.

Our services include the following:

  1. Apply for a visa in case you have not yet had any type of visa in Thailand other than a tourist visa.
  2. After obtaining a visa as specified in the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we can apply for a work permit.
  3. Prepare relevant documents and forms
